Mark Ellis is a well-known and highly respected chef in the
Boston area with years of experience. He is a graduate of
the Culinary Institute of America and his resumé includes the
Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, The Blue Room, and East Coast
Grill in Cambridge.
Mark also worked for Eatwell, Inc. for several years, as
a Rounds Cook at Tosca, Chef of Fireking Bistro, and
Executive Chef of Hot Water in Marina Bay. Mark's catering
experience was fine tuned while working as Executive Chef of
the Ridge Club in Sandwich, MA where he had the opportunity
to design and prepare menus for a variety of functions
including fundraisers, weddings, tournaments and numerous
dinners.
